Non-State Employees
If you are not employed by the State of Michigan and your classification is represented by Michigan State Employees Association (MSEA) you are in the right place!
Authorizing your dues deductions is just an email or phone call away. If you would like to become a member of MSEA please contact your HR department. MSEA cannot contact your HR department for you. Dues are paid to MSEA through payroll deduction and your MSEA membership will be active from the date of withholding.
